The Breadfarm

3 04 2007

So a couple of times a week, you’re cranking out a loaf of fresh homemade bread to feed the family, right? It’s April now so the extra heat in the kitchen is still welcome, but in the dog days of August? Probably not so much. I actually do most of our bread baking including English muffins, buns, naan, and the occasional crumpet, but I don’t have baguettes down yet and I can produce a mighty fine doorstop once in a while too.

Sometimes you just want to leave something to the professionals and the folks at The Breadfarm are consummate. You can find their loaves, cookies, and other goodies at their store in Edison or at various local retailers. Check their website for an up-to-date listing.
